Elements Massage® Ranked No. 1 in Newsweek’s “2019 America’s Best Customer Service” List

Elements Massage landed the top spot in Newsweek’s list of the best customer service companies in the U.S. in the ‘Spa, Beauty and Wellness’ category

Englewood, Colorado (March 12, 2019)Elements Massage®, one of the fastest-growing therapeutic massage franchises in the nation, was recognized by Newsweek as No. 1 in its 2019 America’s Best Customer Service list in the ‘Spa, Wellness and Beauty’ category.

Newsweek examined the ways in which many companies nurture their relationships with consumers, and worked with Statista, a respected global research firm, to collect and analyze data across 141 retail categories. The compiled rankings reveal the best customer-service companies, with Elements Massage landing in the top spot.

Elements Massage, which provided 2-million massages last year, is rooted in its customer service approach which is exemplified by customers reporting an impressive 79 percent Net Promoter Score, reflective of the high-quality, personalized experience.

“We are honored to be recognized by Newsweek for providing customers across the nation with the best massage experience. We remain focused on creating a best-in-class personalized massage experience for every client,” said Elements Massage CEO Jeremy Morgan. “At the same time, Elements Massage is committed to not only meeting the demands of today’s consumer, but also focusing on continuously iterating and testing new offerings, to meet their evolving desires for the future.”

Last year marked the brand’s best year of performance as measured by studio revenue, client growth and customer satisfaction. Contributing to the brand’s success was the strategic expansion of the brand’s Innovation Labs, which are focused on working with franchisees to test consumer products and services before they are shared system-wide.

Furthermore, with the next generation of Elements consumers in mind, the brand commissioned a study to examine the look, feel and design of its studios. Working from a research-centered framework, the next-generation studio design will be launched later this year with a focus on enhancing the client’s experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Additionally, the brand was the first in the industry to appoint a Chief Wellness Officer, Eric Stephenson, who plays a critical role in brand innovation, as well as in culture and education programs for use by the nearly 3,500 massage therapists employed by the independently-owned and operated studios.

The Newsweek accolade adds to Elements Massage recent 2018 national top rankings in the Inc. 5000, Franchise Times 500, and Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 Ranking.

Elements Massage is managed by WellBiz Brands, Inc., the portfolio manager of three wellness, fitness and beauty franchise brands: Amazing Lash Studio®, Elements Massage®, and Fitness Together®.
