“My motivation as a massage therapist is the ability I have to help someone heal in a natural way, potentially saving them from surgery or need for medication. Another motivation for me is being able to educate my clients on the benefits of massage therapy. Many people are unaware of just how much massage can do for you. I like to help my clients understand how important self-care is, and tell them all the different options we have when it comes to dealing with our mental and physical stress.”
Fascial Work, Trigger Point, Sciatica, Shoulders, and Neuromuscular Techniques.
“I have had multiple clients with shoulder restrictions. After about 1 – 4 sessions I have had some clients regain full range of motion, and a couple who went from no range of motion to at least some movement. My favorite story so far was a client who hurt his low back and his psoas muscle was strained. After 5 sessions of focusing on that area the client’s ability to lift objects and move more freely had improved significantly.”
