"I've been receiving massage at this location for a long time. Had the pleasure of multiple excellent massages. The North Seattle Elements has been consistent in quality of care. They hire qualified good people, who take the time to read the intake forms explain styles and focus on my needs.
BUT I do find often that the services do not extend the full time promoted. Most of my 60 min massages are in reality 45 min. and 90 min are 75 min to allow for chatting and undress. I would very much apprecite transparency on this matter and the fees to adjust accordingly. My most recent visit I arrived early and my provider retrieved me at exactly my scheduled time. There was brief exchange and undress and we began apx 12 minutes after the hour. But we ended promptly 48 mins later. I expect the service to extend the full length of time I paid regardless of a scheduling window. I felt I should receive 60 minutes of massage with a 10 to 15 buffer for chat and dress. I was then asked to Tip my provider on top of not received 15 minutes of service. I will not tip on top of a high fee and also have my time reduced, that is a bizarre expectation.

In general the services with Elements are more expensive than "other" places but I feel the quality of care is worth it the cost, even in the present economic climate. As expenses are a major point of stess for me. I find it difficult to justify spending for massage but there are often promos that make it more reasonable and reduce the stress to reduce my stress. I appreciate the calm, quiet spa atmosphere and the careful approach extended health care. I recommend them to anyone in need of a good massage all the providers are great. "
