"Carolina was amazing. I think it takes more than just skill to be a good massage therapist. You also need to have good presence and intuition, and Carolina had it all. 10/10 massage, thank you for the great experience!"

"Great therapist who listened to my needs"

"I had a thing where my right arm would go all pins and needles from the elbow down after a hard day of computerin’ and Elements has been a total game-changer for me. I’ve been going regularly for a few months and I feel massively better. "

"Good, knowledgeable front office staff and I always get a good massage."

"Everything they are all very good and Jenni is the absolute best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You get exactly what you ask for whether it’s very light to very deep. They repeatedly ask if the pressure is ok and if not how can they fix it. Jenni makes me very comfortable.they are all very polite and if you want to converse they are very happy to talk to you and if you just want to be silent they are fine with that too. Always bend over backward to do what you want and to make sure you are happy and have a wonderful experience."

"Very kind people and I have an injury and have not had a massage in over 25 years. Had a bad experience then. I will be back for more treatments. Kathy was so helpful and very gentle. I extended my time with her. I will book again. "

"From the front desk staff to the very attentive massage therapists. Elements is really there for you and lovely to coordinate tough schedules. Connor really listened and addressed my major issues. I left feeling so relaxed! Thank you!"
