SUMMARY
"My love for learning about the human body, health, and healing has been a lifelong pursuit and journey. Each person I see has a unique story, history, and expression. I use my intention, therapeutic skills, intuition, and personal presence to listen deeply. My style combines both depth and gentle quietness to offer a space to relax and connect with themselves where they are and invite them to let go.”
EXPERIENCED WITH
Swedish Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Migraines, Back Pain, Geriatric Massage, Injury Treatment, Hot Stones and Himalayan Salt Stones
SUCCESS STORIES
"I had a client who could barely move her neck. She worked in a lab and was in static positions for long periods of time at a microscope. After three sessions, her range of motion had increased significantly and her pain level was greatly reduced. We maintain a bi-monthly, sometimes weekly, massage schedule, along with her yoga classes and home stretching program. She continues to benefit from regular massage, along with self care. This allows her success in her work world, while also caring for her body's need for relaxation and restoration. I love being a partner with her in a holistic approach to life and living."
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
"I try to create a sacred space where the client feels safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I invite feedback and welcome it as a means of addressing their needs and honoring their body wisdom. I listen carefully with my hands as well as with my heart."
WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?
"I appreciate quiet, presence, detail and good listening for areas that need to be addressed. I appreciate a practitioner who can apply various approaches to solve my problems."
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
"I grow more passionate about massage every year I practice. There is an infinite amount of learning and knowledge to take in. The human body is complex, mysterious, and wondrously created! I look forward to each client and the challenges they offer. I love seeing people’s bodies move with more ease and less pain, as well as the excitement for more life that comes with relief. I see the goodness and wonder of health in the very young, and in the aged. Helping people to more fully engage in their lives, at all stages of life, brings me joy.”
