SUMMARY

“As an LMT, I take great pride in being able to bring relief to those who need it through massage. I studied at the Arlington School of Massage, graduated top of my class, and have an immense passion for the healing arts. While my career is nonstop and requires endless hard work, there is nothing more satisfying to me than to be able to help others achieve their own health goals. Whether that be coming back from an injury, or something as simple getting a good night’s sleep for the first time in months.

I use a variety of different skills and techniques in my practice of massage therapy and am always looking for new things to learn, or to improve the skills I already have. I tell myself that my career is a marathon, not a sprint, and look forward to a very long life as a massage therapist, helping others heal and surpass their own expectations through the use of massage therapy.”

EXPERIENCED WITH

Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Low Back Pain, Migraines, Trigger Point Work, Range of Motion, and Myofascial Techniques.

SUCCESS STORIES

“I once had a woman come see me for the first time who used to have a fairly active lifestyle before a knee injury and health problems took that from her. She came in, told me her story, I worked her whole leg and used mainly light pressure to help with circulation and ease some of the pain.

A week later she come back walking tall and said, ‘I don't know what it is that you did, but my knee is like 90% better. I can actually walk the whole block around my work building without having to stop.’ We continued to work together for about 6 months on a weekly basis, for more than just her knee, but every time she left after our sessions, she would tell me that her life is that much less painful since we started.”

WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?

“I think what makes my massage unique is that I don't give the same massage twice. There is always something different to do because what our bodies need is always changing. No two people are the same, so their massage plan needs to reflect that. Even if it’s the same client, their needs change from day to day as well. You never know what's going to happen and that's part of what makes massage therapy so fun.”

WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?

“Depending on what my needs are at the time; it can really be any number of things. Sometimes I go in for some nice low back and hip work at a more intense level of massage. Then there are the times where I just want my therapist to put me to sleep.”

WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?

“To put it simply, there is always something new to learn.”
