I have always been fascinated by the profound effects of touch. In my own life, I have found that during times of distress nothing provided relief more than touch - whether it be a hug or a simple reassuring hand placed over mine. I have been able to turn that fascination into a rewarding career in which I can now share that comfort with my clients. In this touch-starved, fast-paced society I love having the opportunity to provide my clients with a retreat from the stressors of life.

My massage is unique because I show up over 100% with intentionality, focus, and grounded presence. I am in tune with my breath, I am in alignment with Source Energy, and I guide the client into an entire experience that is catered to bringing radical flow of positive benefits, as well as, a place to let go. I provide an opportunity for people to get the value of what they paid for and beyond. I make sure that I really give each area and point enough pressure, care, and release before completing the session.
SUCCESS STORIES
In my journey, witnessing the physical changes people achieve in their range of motion, trigger point release, and myofascial unwinding of tissue is amazing. Helping people transmute stuck energies in their bodies into good-feeling flexibility, comfort, and calm brings me happiness in a lot of ways. I have had people come in with pain, discomfort, and frustration, to then come out of the session looking as if they are a different person. Over time, with consistent self-care and changes in lifestyle, along with consistently receiving my offerings and practices, I have seen people's entire life shift for the better. To be able to improve the quality of life by being an instrument for healing is truly a gift.
WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE
I enjoy a confident, intuitive touch by a practitioner who listens to my requests/needs. I also really enjoy getting to experience a fellow massage therapist's work for the first time, as no two therapists are exactly alike.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE
I am passionate about Massage Therapy because it is an Art. It is something good in this world, divine, and powerful which is unique to each practitioner and client. Massage is known everywhere around the world, it assists people in healing through trauma and to be free of suffering, and it is solid. I can keep it simple and just do what I am good at while bringing people something nice. I genuinely enjoy doing it and practicing to become better. I always improve and learn and it makes me a better person because I am able to have more compassion for other people's journeys in life. I get to tune into my environment and be more present while serving something greater than just me.
