Our therapists are categorized in four levels. Through these levels, we are able to describe the type and pressure of massage therapy you are seeking.
Level 1 - moderate pressure, relaxing massage
Level 2 - moderate to moderately deep; relaxing massage
Level 2+ - firm pressure massage
Level 3 - very firm pressure massage
Level 3+ - deep pressure massage
Level 4 - very deep pressure massage
All therapists do Swedish Massage, techniques that access deep tissue structures (which may or may not be at deep pressure levels), and medical treatment techniques.
