My love for wellness and massage has been lived for many years. I have 8 years of experience with massage therapy, and I also have about the same number in years as a movement coach, instructing fitness classes, personal training and running a fitness studio teaching Zumba and step classes. Massage to me is like a dance with the body. Flowing, rhythmic, and an invitation to be reconnected to the body, mind and spirit.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE
I really love to hold space for my clients. Every massage is customized to that very person. I love to help my clients feel better, feel valued, and help facilitate their own healing journey.
I have worked on everyone, from tech to nurses, and other therapists as well. Bringing a well rounded knowledge I feel confident to help and bring care to everyone.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST ABOUT RECEIVING A MASSAGE?
Good pressure and I love aromatherapy
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABUT MASSAGE?
Clients keep me passionate, hearing how their healing journey is going, even if that healing means self care once a month, or an injury improving.
