🌟 We are excited to announce that we are hiring Front Desk Sales Associates for our esteemed massage studio! 🌟
The Opportunity:
Our Front Desk Sales Associates will now participate in our exciting new launch of Red Light Therapy, which offers our clients a new additional service for healing, rejuvenation and overall wellness, along with massage therapy. Additionally, Red Light Therapy will benefit our Front Desk Associates with increased opportunities for sales goals/bonuses.

The Perks:
- Starting base pay is $20- $22 per hour to start depending on experience

(Bonus amounts can add up to make this position much closer to $25 - $26 per hour for our top performers)

Our Ask:
- Comfortable and motivated with sales – we provide training on our proven sales process to sell our Wellness Program, gift cards, upgrades and more!
- Our Front Desk Associates also perform as Red Light Attendants – we offer Red LightRitual services, in addition to, massage therapy. Our Red Light Attendants assist clients with setting up Red Light Therapy and assist with concluding the services. Additionally, assist clients with discovering the many benefits of this new service with remarkable results
- Cultivate lasting relationships with our clientele by creating a safe environment and an excellent experience every time
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively schedule and manage appointments in person and over the phone
- Communicate and collaborate with your teammates who all bring a uniqueness to our business
- Ability to think critically and creatively problem solve

- 15 minutes of turnover time between clients with as many additional breaks as you need

Our Ask:
- Must have active WA State Massage License or be in the process of receiving your license.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and have clear verbal and written communication skills
- Background checks are required for all new hires
