Each individual's goals and story matter greatly to me and I will always strive to create the best environment for all! Massage Therapy to me is a great gift and practice. The benefits and healing I have received have allowed me mobility and anxiety reduction. It's a space for me created by the massage practitioner to ground into my physical body. Through intention and my training, I offer every client my best treatment and space for healing.

WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE

Bringing a positive intention into every session is my promise to all clients. My massage style is very intuitive, allowing the client's energy and "painbody" to direct the flow of the massage.

SUCCESS STORY

My greatest success story has been working with my client experiencing very limited mobility of the shoulder. As a former athlete, she had put her body through more than it could recover on its own. Massage and mobility work allowed her arm to be lifted above her head for the first time in years, releasing her frozen shoulder. I believe each of our bodies innately knows how to heal and the practice of massage allows our body to remember how.

Sensing that my health and wellbeing is in a safe set of hands. I trust my massage therapist when they clearly communicate the plan for my session so I can fully relax in that moment.

WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?

Gratitude for my feet that still run and lymphatic system that's healing daily. My journey to massage therapy began from my own lymphatic disease and incredible massage therapists who continually helped me. My passion for this field is just beginning!
