Spectrum Center School of Massage
“A well trained, focused, and intentional therapist can change lives. I want to be of service, and I love the massage profession, so this is the right path for me. I know how to keep healthy and avoid injury through body mechanics and diet which makes my job easier.”
Rotator Cuff, Feet, Piriformis, Sciatica, Low Back, and Neck (car accidents).
“My friend was working as a cashier. I went in to say hi one day and she was limping. She said she recently developed Achilles tendonitis. I asked if she wanted my help. I was a recent massage school graduate and I felt I could be of service and she happily accepted the help. I applied different massage techniques along with a calf stretching tool and some arnica. After completing a few rare and long overdue stretches, I had her practice some relaxation breath work. The next day she told me the pain went away and after checking in a few times she said it hasn't re-injured.”
