SUMMARY
I became a Licensed Massage Therapist because I live with chronic pain myself, and I wanted to help others who face similar challenges. I know firsthand how tough it can be, both mentally and physically. That’s why I strive to personalize every massage session, focusing on each client’s specific needs—whether it’s pain relief, relaxation, or a combination of both. Having worked alongside a chiropractor, and drawing from my own experiences with chronic pain and my training in massage therapy, I’m able to relate on a deeper level. My goal is to use my knowledge and compassion to help each client find relief and a renewed sense of well-being.
EXPERIENCED WITH
I specialize in a wide range of techniques—Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cross Fiber Friction, Trigger Point, Pin & Stretch, and relaxation—tailoring each session to your needs. I also provide Sports Massage and injury recovery for concerns like Occipital Neuralgia, migraines, arthritis, chronic neck tension, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and rotator cuff injuries. In addition, I’m experienced in Ehlers Danlos syndrome–related pain and offer compassionate support for depression and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space for overall well-being.
SUCCESS STORIES
At my first job, I had a client who rebooked with me the entire time I worked there. After our very first session, she told me she didn’t want to see anyone else because I had finally eased the hip pain she’d been struggling with for years. Her doctor had even recommended a hip replacement, but she decided against it once she found lasting relief through my massage sessions.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
I customize each massage according to what’s going on in my clients’ bodies. When I find a knot or restriction—often something they haven’t even noticed—I let them know and offer stretches for aftercare. I draw on a variety of techniques and movements to address each client’s individual needs.
WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?
I really value when the therapist listens to my concerns and targets the areas that bother me most. I rarely need a full-body massage and usually prefer focusing on my upper body and neck. Checking in with me about pressure throughout the session is also very important.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
I’m passionate about exploring new approaches and continually developing my skills as a therapist. Each learning experience offers me the chance to grow, both personally and professionally. I’m constantly inspired by my clients, and nothing compares to seeing the positive impact our work together has on their well-being.
