SUMMARY
My massage journey started while dealing with sports injuries myself. I was then introduced to sports therapy. My love for learning about the human body grows every single day. Each person I see has a unique story, history, and expression. I love solving the mystery of each individual issue using my intention, therapeutic skills, intuition, and personal presence to listen deeply.
EXPERIENCED WITH
Sports Therapy, Trigger Point, Pin & Stretch, Headaches including Migraines, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Low Back Pain and Conditions, Plantarfascitis, Post Surgery Recovery, Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries, and Workplace Injuries
SUCCESS STORY?
I have worked with a wide variety of people from office workers, construction workers, and athletes. It has been incredibly fulfilling to help them incorporate self-care into their lives and achieve work wellness balance.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING A MASSAGE?
The intention of the therapist
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE?
I look for patterns of tension where the body may be bracing from injury or stuck in a less than ideal postural compensation. I treat the whole body while addressing more specific issues.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
Every body is a mystery and finding each individual's route to recovery is what makes me passionate about my work. I am always excited to learn new approaches and see real results.
