WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE
I have always loved learning about how the body works and ways we can improve our quality of life. I use what I learned as a fitness trainer, focused on corrective exercise and many facets of massage to help people with where they are at. I help them understand and set a reasonable plan to keep them motivated to continue making improvements into the future.
SUCCESS STORY
I have worked with many people who suffer from headaches or migraines and who had immediate relief after a session. There was a prenatal client I worked with who had several issues come up as their body adapted. When they would come back they would tell me how much better they felt (i.e., rib discomfort, headaches)
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE
The variety of bodies and concerns, always something new to learn. Seeing people get relief from something that has bothered them keeps me passionate.
