SUMMARY
I have always loved helping people, especially through massage. I love the impact massage has on people’s lives. I strive to learn more about the human body. I use my therapeutic skills to relieve my client’s pain and discomfort. My style offers relaxation and care through deep tissue and stretching. I will try to give you the massage you really want or need.
EXPERIENCED WITH
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Pin & Stretch, Resistance Massage, Shoulder Pain, Planter Fasciitis, headaches, Sciatica and Psoas Major Work, Prenatal and Cupping Massage
SUCCESS STORY
I had a client, a nurse, who came in with low back pain and she wondered if it was tension. I realized her Psoas Major was super tight. This muscle starts in the lower lumbar spine and attaches to the inner thigh. I worked through this with massage and some thigh stretches (and Pin & Stretch techniques). This all helped her a lot and now the pain is reduced!
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGE UNIQUE
I love to educate my clients and help them understand what is going on. I check in quite constantly and I provide my clients with a lot of stretches to do at home. I pay attention to the areas they need work on and think of many creative ways to approach the area(s) of concern.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING A MASSAGE
I love the creative aspect of massage and all the new techniques I can learn to help people! It is a great feeling when I can help others and they become regular clients so I can track their progress and continue to try new techniques.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE
I appreciate the Therapist’s pace - I love a good slow and deep massage focusing on all of my needs.
