The staff was helpful and friendly from the time I came in until the time I left. This was the first time that I have ever received a massage, and was a little uncomfortable with not knowing what to request, but the massage therapist was very patient and understanding and made suggestions based upon where I was experiencing pain. During the massage, I was repeatedly asked if the pressure was adequate or too much, so that if I was ever experiencing discomfort I felt comfortable telling her. I was concerned going in that it would be an embarrassing process, but I that left me from the first discussion I had with the therapist. I went in because I had been having pain in my neck, and was expecting to only focus on that area, however, after speaking with the therapist, she suggested other areas, as I have herniated discs, and piraformis pain, which I did not expert a massage to help with. I'm glad that she suggested it because the massage help that pain, which I have had for years, even more than it helped my neck. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was relaxing and therapeutic.
