As a full-fledged anatomy geek, Dana has done more than hit the books. She has made the study of YOUR health and wellness the focus of her work for over 20 years. From muscular tension and chronic pain, to changing aging skin, YOUR story and present health is her goal -- to EMPOWER YOU to enhance your current routines and break tired habits to ensure that you are living your best life.
After watching her family members struggle with chronic pain, and many friends and family members struggle with acneic and aging skin, and the mental & emotional anguish that unaddressed issues can cause, Dana pursued a career in skincare and massage therapy; she has completed over 3000 hours of education, and has over 20,000 hours of hands on practice in her career, dating back to 2003.
Dana's ultimate goal is to be the professional, educated, and available bodywork specialist that you deserve.
