Jessica believes that because the body works as a whole, it should be treated as a whole. She enjoys focused work on the neck and shoulders and low back and hips, with a special interest in injury and trigger point work, Lymphatic Drainage, and Shiatsu. Her additional modalities include Reiki, Chinese Cupping with Silicone Jars, Burn Scar Therapy, Acupressure, and Hot Stones.

Jessica became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2010 after graduating from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy. She went on to serve as a Teaching Assistant and Instructor at the school, and joined Elements Massage in 2012. Her combination of hands-on experience and teaching background brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every session.
