Flora is a former professional gymnast who competed for the Mexican State Team. As an athlete, massage became an important part of her training, preparation, and recovery, giving her firsthand experience with the powerful benefits of therapeutic bodywork. After retiring from gymnastics, she pursued massage therapy so she could help others find relief from aches and pains and experience those same benefits.

Flora brings the discipline, body awareness, and precision she developed as a gymnast into her work as a massage therapist.
