A transformation of the season is upon us. We anticipate this time of the year as the cold and dark days of winter start becoming a memory, and the bright days of the new season awaken us from our sleep.
If you are an early riser, you may have already heard the birds chirping their little songs, or maybe the sound of a waterfall gushing. Rejoice in the rebirth of the earth with renewed intentions to do something which will positively impact our life and the lives of those around us. If that means we start with a simple daily twenty minute walk, then make the time to do this. Getting outdoors with nature will have an effect on our mental awareness like nothing else can. With time, this effect, in turn, will filter through us, and allow us to become more aware of our surroundings, and, more receptive to those people in our lives.
