Winter is almost over; the holidays are now a distant memory, and the shorter days are becoming longer. This is the time of the year when the good intentions which we set just a short while ago can start fading. If they are, re commit to them during the rebirth of the season that will soon be upon us; Spring, of course!
We look forward to it's arrival each year with much anticipation; the greening of the environment, the colorful flowers blooming, the outdoor activities, the new planting season, the concerts, sports, fests, the shedding of heavy clothing, the nature walks, etc.....so much to enjoy with warmer weather!
In anticipation of the new season, renew your commitment to yourself. Focus on the intentions which were set, and create new resolutions to achieve them. Those intentions are important, and deserve attention. Make them a priority. This may take time away from other external activities, but it frees up time for your intentions. Taking care of yourself first can result in an amazing difference in how you feel, and the positive energy that you generate. Re commit to those intentions set earlier in the year! Don't allow them to fade away with the change of seasons.
