She consults with you before starting the massage to concentrate on the areas of concern. She is polite, well mannered and professional. She makes me feel relaxed. I feel great after my massage. Nicki, at the front desk, is pleasant and nice. She greets you with a smile and always asks how I’m feeling and if I need anything before a massage (water or use the restroom). Best ever!
