Shifting winds bring a change of season - the one of cooler temperatures, crisp air, everything pumpkin, along with the anticipation of holiday family celebrations, and, of course - an abundant harvest. The fall harvest is associated with a joyous period, the time to reap the rewards of the seedlings which were planted earlier and have finally blossomed into fruits of the earth, ready to be gathered and transformed into delicious tastings. Around the world, various cultures open the season with their own traditions and festivals, celebrating their affection for family and friends by sharing food from the harvest.
The universal law of the harvest is based on the wisdom that when seeds are planted and appropriately nurtured, the resulting food product is flavorful, full of vitamins and natural nutrients, benefiting all. Farmers work very hard throughout the year, planting seeds, weeding, reaping, and nurturing crops, in order for their bounty to be ripe and perfect, to be enjoyed.
Similarly, to allow a vision to become a reality, a seed must be planted within ourself. Just like a real seed, when seeds of intention are sowed into the fertile ground of the mind, they begin to generate thought processes and foster creative thinking. This thinking is critical for finding paths of clarity to reaching the ultimate goal.
As we near the end of the year, now is the best time to plant that seed. With careful nurturing, the seed will prosper and thrive. A new beginning, for the quickly approaching new year, is a natural time to acknowledge goals, set visions for what we desire to see come true for our lives in the future. Whether the goal is for professional growth, starting a new career, or expanding upon a business, with a new acquisition, or for personal growth, to end, or begin a new relationship, for future prosperity, it is within reach. But only if the seed is planted first, then the process begins. We all have the power to create the life we truly desire. By nurturing the seed that we plant in our mind, preparing for some necessary changes, and then taking action in order to get to the ultimate goal, anything is achievable.
