I entered the bodywork profession after many years of seeing how massage transformed my own back and body pain caused by physical injury but also anxiety and depression. It still blows my mind how intricately body and mind are connected and how they each effect the other. Massage is very special in that we get the opportunity to effect both at the same time working with the nervous system and the tissue. I love learning new techniques and continuing education not only professionally but from my clients as well.
