I have 14+ years experience of body work in massage, stretching and active/passive release that I've trained in. My expertise ranges from school massage classes, CE massage clinics and martial arts as well as my many years working in the field. I like to use full range of motion, full extension and flexion to help the body ease and release. I have a tendency to work deeper by way of touch and prefer my clients to come in for deep work but am open to light soothing work as well.
