Paige is absolutely incredible. She genuinely cares about her clients and consistently goes above and beyond. As someone who uses a wheelchair and has had difficult experiences in the past, it means the world to me that Paige stays to make sure I safely get into my Uber before she leaves. That level of kindness and care is rare.
She truly understands my needs, takes her time, listens carefully, and always checks in about what I need more or less of. I come in with extreme pain and little to no sleep, and after my sessions with Paige, I’ve finally been able to sleep and experience noticeable pain relief in back.
Nick and another massage therapist I’ve seen once whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, have also been excellent. Every therapist I’ve encountered at Elements Massage has been professional, compassionate, and highly skilled.
Dora at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. She makes you feel at home the moment you walk in and provides outstanding customer service every time.
I have stage 3 full-body CRPS, EM, disc issues, and severe muscle spasms and knots, etc. I won’t go anywhere else. There is one closer to my house but I prefer walnut creek for what I mentioned. 5 stars. Elements Massage has truly been a blessing.

Samatha, a therapist at the Walnut Creek location, listens carefully to client’s concerns regarding muscle soreness. She explains what she is going to do, detailing which muscle she is working on. She knows how to be effective and GENTLE. I leave feeling better, not sore.
