I'm committed to listening to your needs and planning the session accordingly. I like to assess the body first with some compression and rocking, start with light pressure then go deeper. We'll communicate just enough during your massage to make sure the pressure is right and we're aligned on your treatment plan. I like working on the feet, with warm towels at the end.
