SUMMARY
I chose massage therapy because I want to help people heal from the stress of everyday life and recover from the injuries our bodies carry, even when we may not remember them. My goal is to create a space where clients can relax, restore balance, relieve pain, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
EXPERIENCED WITH
Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, Pin & Stretch, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Psoas Work, Sports Massage, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Migraine & Headache Relief, Plantar Fasciitis, and Sciatica.
SUCCESS STORIES
One of my favorite success stories is working with a client experiencing plantar fasciitis. Through twice-monthly sessions, they have seen significant improvement and are now able to wear regular shoes with much less pain while enjoying better overall mobility. Seeing those positive changes firsthand continues to inspire me to provide the best care possible.
WHAT MAKES YOUR MASSAGES UNIQUE?
I focus on listening to what the body is telling me and allowing each session to flow naturally. I believe that less can often be more, and that forcing out tension isn't always the most effective approach. Instead, I use thoughtful, intentional techniques that encourage the body to release tension at its own pace while creating a customized experience for each client.
WHAT DO YOU MOST APPRECIATE WHEN RECEIVING MASSAGE?
When receiving a Swedish massage, I appreciate when every area of the body receives attention, even if only briefly. That full-body approach creates a greater sense of completeness, comfort, and relaxation throughout the session.
WHAT KEEPS YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MASSAGE?
What keeps me passionate is knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life. Seeing clients experience less pain, improved movement, and greater relaxation motivates me to continue learning new techniques and modalities so I can provide the highest level of care possible.
