Focus on Wellness:

It’s not about finding time; it’s about making time.
Between work, family, errands, and everything else in your life, how on earth are you supposed to find time to work out? If only you had just a little more time each day. But here’s the thing with exercise: It’s so important to your health. There’s a nice side effect of finding time for exercise, it’s not only going to keep your weight in check, it is going to keep you flexible and promote relaxation.
Finding that extra 30 minutes:
Wake up a little earlier than usual and work out. This may sound easier said than done, but once you get into a rhythm you may find it gets more manageable.
If you often take a full hour for lunch, cut it down to 30 minutes instead and take a walk outside or up a few flights of stairs.
Cut back on one of the 30-minute TV shows you watch and exercise instead.
If cutting out any TV show is too hard for you, do some exercises while you watch.
Make an exercise appointment for yourself. Mark it in your calendar and consider it as important as an appointment you can’t miss.
You’ll likely feel stronger, healthier, and better about yourself once you make working out a healthy habit. More energy and better sleep are just some of the health perks linked to working out. Include massage as a recovery action. Massage will help maintain flexibility and range of motion – so important in to maintaining a healthy lifestyle as we age. The more you make time for exercise, the more motivated you may be to stick with it. You might just wonder how you ever did without it.
