The only thing that I don’t appreciate is having to pay more to see an Elite or Master therapist sinply because they have more hours of training than others. I’d prefer it if the membership fee covered the entire cost of the massage on its own, regardless. If this was the case, I’d be able to give more gratuity to the therapist. "
