I have been a licensed massage therapist for 31 years. I grew up in the Hawaiian culture and studied the Lomi Lomi style of massage, which involved the integration of mind, body, and spirit. It is the work that I love doing with people and all people are welcome to join me as we work together to serve their wellness journey. I specialize in Lomi Lomi, circulatory (Swedish-style), trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage and enjoy enhancing your massage with AromaRitual and Herbal Ritual.

Hello! I began my career with Elements as a Wellness Program Advisor in November of 2022, and I am a recent graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts as of 2023!! After attending a session with me, my clients usually leave feeling happy, relaxed, and relieved. I specialize in Swedish massage and myofascial release. I am looking forward to having you on my table and working with you to create a Wellness Plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

Tammy's technique can be described as the art of healing of mind, body, and spirit by providing a place of peace and serenity. She also helps clients gain a better body awareness through touch and hopes clients leave with a sense of ease and relaxation. She is committed to creating an effective and relaxing massage. Her philosophy is that massage needs to be calming and nurturing, it does not need to hurt to provide relief from everyday stressors.

Frances is passionate about massage because she is able to give comfort and healing, through the gift of her touch, to those seeking help and healing, or relaxation. She uses a variety of techniques and pressure in order to achieve comfort and healing. Her style of massage is very different from what they have received before and they like that she can ease their pain without causing more pain.

Warren's philosophy to healing is "don't ignore your body, listen to what it tells you." He wants to affect muscles in a positive manner with a hands on approach and specializes in deep tissue work. He chose massage therapy as a career because he wants to help people.

Autumn is very passionate about healing, helping, and caring for other people and her goal is to have that come through during your session. Her massage approach is therapeutic with a relaxing touch. She specializes in Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, and integrative massage.
