Frances (1-3+) brings more than 40 years of experience in healing therapies and has been a certified massage therapist since 1996. Her work integrates muscle movement, rebalancing, and gentle pinning techniques that encourage the body to release tension with less pain and greater ease. She has a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal. She feels every day is a gift — an opportunity to help others reduce pain, restore balance, and experience meaningful relaxation.

Warren's philosophy to healing is "don't ignore your body, listen to what it tells you." He wants to affect muscles in a positive manner with a hands on approach and specializes in deep tissue work. He chose massage therapy as a career because he wants to help people.

Autumn is very passionate about healing, helping, and caring for other people and her goal is to have that come through during your session. Her massage approach is therapeutic with a relaxing touch. She specializes in Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, and integrative massage.

Slow deep concentrated strokes with some added stretching and traction techniques. I would describe myself as a caring therapist that will listen to your needs. I try my best to help alleviate pain so clients can have better, healthier lives.

My name is Brandon and I am a licensed massage therapist who seeks to make what you are com ing in for a top priority. I have come to realize that the first step to finding healing is to be willing, and make time for it. Thank you for being willing, I will help ensure the time is worth it!

I have become a licensed massage therapist through attending St. Monte Academy which is a 650 hr intensive program which includes 400 hours of hands on experience massaging guests. I am also daily gaining more experience through ABMP, which offers all massage knowledge essentials.
