Sarrut is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist and a National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer. Her passion is in health, wellness and alternative medicine. To provide what the body needs, she listens through her hands and uses a mix of modalities which may include: acupressure, deep tissue, myofascial release, TuiNa, Thai and more. Sarrut specializes in medical massage, sports massage, and cupping therapy. During the session, she may ask you to describe any sensation or changes in pain, engage in active stretching/pin and stretching techniques, and guide your breathing for better release. Many clients say Sarrut has helped them with chronic pain and limitations from injuries, surgeries, and other musculoskeletal issues. She graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute (Madison, WI) in 2019 and ran her own bodywork practice in Wisconsin for 4 years.Sarrut welcomes all to her table and therapeutic care!
