Practice Gratitude

Are you grateful for your life?  For the people who are in your life?  For all the freedoms that you enjoy? We take so much for granted.  Our family and friends.  Our health. The ability to live our lives the way we want.  The ability to make our own choices.  Abundant opportunities to educate ourselves.  Advancing technology which is supposed to simplify our lives.  However, do we have enough gratitude for what we are given? 

In this month of Giving Thanks, count your many blessings.  Be grateful for those people in your life, who matter to you the most.  Those people who are with you through the good, the bad, and the seriously challenging times.  They are in your life for a reason.  Be grateful for these wonderful people and your relationships with them. 

Be also grateful for your good health; and ensure that you are taking appropriate steps to monitor and nourish it.  As technology advances, we are all living much longer.  It's up to us take control of our health and enjoy a good quality of life.  This means regular examinations; listening to our bodies' signals; and staying active physically and mentally.
