She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Swedish Institute in 2017 and is well versed in Medical Massage, Craniosacral, Lymphatics, Prenatal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Pre/Post Sports Massage Techniques. Her sessions combine a mix of medical, therapeutic and relaxation techniques.She truly believes in self care and empowering people to live their best lives,She wanted to be part of that journey for her clients.
