She was introduced to massage at the age of 9 through her gymnastics coach. While taking gymnastics her coach had her use massage to help with pain and recovery. At that young age she realized it was something she wanted to learn more about when she got older. When the time was right, she followed her dream and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
