“I’ve always been passionate about helping others feel better. What drew me to massage therapy was the ability to make a real positive impact on someone’s well-being. I like to provide people with relief from stress, pain, or injury in a way that’s both natural and deeply healing. I’m glad I get to combine my interest in anatomy and health with my desire to help others.

What makes your massage unique?
“I combine intuitive touch with a deep understanding of the body and its needs. I pay close attention to the client's response to pressure, pace, and whatever technique I’m using. I use clear communication with the client to let them know that this is their session, and if they want anything done differently they should let me know. I want them to get the most out of their session with me. I’m a good fit for people who like more pressure, but I’m able to adjust my pressure and technique for those who want a more light relaxing massage.

An example of a success story:
“While I was in school, I massaged a classmate who had been having really bad pain in her hips and glutes, and after I was done was able to touch her toes and she said she hadn’t been able to do that in forever. I was happy about this result and it made my day knowing that I helped.”

What do you appreciate most when receiving a massage yourself?
“I appreciate deep pressure and no small talk.”

What keeps you passionate about massage therapy?
“I really enjoy helping people feel better. I like that the profession is very physical and love exploring anatomy and applying the techniques of massage to better it.”
