Leslie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 and is passionate about the art and science of therapeutic bodywork. She believes every body is unique, and every massage should be thoughtfully tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, and areas of concern.

Her approach is collaborative and results-focused. Leslie takes the time to understand each client’s needs and works with them to create a personalized care plan designed to support their overall well-being, mobility, recovery, and long-term bodywork goals.

With experience in a wide range of modalities, Leslie specializes in Deep Tissue, Cupping, Sports Massage, Stretch Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone, and injury and post-operative recovery. She also incorporates techniques such as Myofascial Release, Body Mobilization Technique (BMT), and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) when appropriate.

Leslie completed her massage therapy training at European Massage Therapy School in 2016. Her diverse experience includes working in a variety of massage settings including event massage, spa, and clinical rehabilitation, as well as operating her own massage practice.

She continues to value learning and growing within the profession and enjoys helping each client feel better, move more freely, and get the most from their bodywork experience.
