Emily | Massage Therapist

Emily is a graduate of Carrington College in Boise and discovered through her journey that her true calling lies in the healing art of massage therapy. Inspired by people—their stories, their tension, and their resilience—Emily finds meaning in the unique layers each session reveals. After spending 20 years in the financial sector, she chose to pursue a discipline that felt more intrinsically rewarding and aligned with her passion for helping others. She has come to appreciate how powerful the art of human touch can be. Emily expresses her care through skilled, healing hands and is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Cupping, Therapeutic, and Intuitive massage.

When Emily is not serving others, she enjoys planning seasonal menus for friends and family, exploring distant places with close friends, and hiking the foothills with her beloved labradoodle, Fritza. She guides her work by a simple principle: be kind, work hard, and be honest. Through touch, presence, and compassion, Emily helps others return to themselves—one breath, one moment, and one mindful connection at a time.
