Connie | Licensed Massage Therapist

Connie is a very experienced massage therapist who also has a nursing background. Her areas of expertise are the neck and back. She is certified in Lymphatic Drainage as well as Trigger Point and Myofascial Release.

She uses a medium to firm pressure to release tension in the body's soft tissue. She likes to begin with a lighter touch using Myofascial release to relieve tension and oxygenate tissue. She believes in a holistic approach to healing acknowledging the interconnectivity of the client's body, mind and spirit.
