Favorite Area Of Focus: My favorite massage modality to use is a therapeutic massage. To me, therapeutic massage encompasses a lot more than just one modality. It contains deep tissue, active release (with and without resistance), assisted release, myofascial release, myoskeletal release, and tension headache release. Instead of focusing on just one single modality, I like to focus on whatever your body needs at that moment in time, in order to make you feel better.

"Jose was both professional and friendly. He was informative on things he was doing and the root of my problems."
"Jose listened to my concerns & addressed the problems to give me some relief."
In my other life before massage therapy I was: A coach. For 18 years I spent my time coaching youth soccer from ages 5-18 at the competitive and Olympic development levels. I have coached my teams to victories in two Youth World Cups, a Regional Championship and numerous other tournament wins. Through my knowledge of soccer and massage therapy, I also became an inventor. I invented a tool for the use of kinetic movement, muscle deactivation and activation (through resistance) called the Power of One.
