"I like the peaceful atmosphere of the lobby and friendly, professional staff. There are different therapists with different levels of experience or specialties, so there is something for everyone. And they don't make you feel awkward for not sticking with the same therapist, you're encouraged to try others if you like. And if your favorite is extremely busy (Chris!) then they can tell you who else might be a good fit for you (Annalee!). A great massage keeps me going and Elements is less "corporate" feeling than the nearby competition. 5 stars!"

"Laura was excellent at providing a full body massage. From start to finish, she was able to identify the areas in which I needed more work (shoulders, neck and lower back). The initial conversation we had discussed this but her hands on approach to feel the muscles really identified the areas in which I needed more focus. She listened when I asked for less or more pressure and was very in tune with my individual needs. I've had several massages in the past at other massage therapy spas and I feel I received the best care from Laura. Greatly enjoyed my massage and would definitely return over again for more massages in the future!"
