"Matt is great and really knows how to target sore spots."

"The front desk or hostess was very thorough, friendly, and professional. The facility was clean and inviting. My facial was great. "

"I have never had a bad massage at any elements location! I started in the former San Marcos location. Then I went to Oceanside and now I’m in South Carlsbad.

I’ve been getting a massage about once a month for 7 or 8 years. My work is very physical so I like how the therapists I’ve seen over the years are excellent at deep tissue or sports or trigger point massage. I always feel put back together afterwards. "

"Matt was amazing! He is a healer. He found all the knots and problem areas without me saying a word! I highly recommend booking with him. His energy is very calming. "
