Free to Relax
Jul 3, 2014
In Wellesley & Needham and the surrounding towns, many of us are constantly on the go, working and driving ourselves to do more and more. However, it's important to stop and take stock of what it is to be alive in this world.
If we take a step back and take a moment to think about what it means to relax, we are called back to a core place within ourselves. This is a moment and a view of the world that we all can enjoy and feel restored.
Relaxation is so vital. Although that sounds cliche, it's literal. When we relax, we revitilize ourselves.
And to relax, we need to step away from distractions. We need to carve out space so that we can zone out.
Take a stroll in Fuller Brook Park or along the Crosstown Trail. Or get a massage.
This Independence Day, let's realize that we are also Free to Relax.
