Jean F. is consistently fantastic! I always get to the appointment in a in a keyed-up state (muscle pain, headache, general tension) and leave thoroughly relaxed and calm. If I could afford it, I'd see her on a weekly basis!
I primarily work with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. I also use some Thai massage techniques modified to use on the massage table. I tend to integrate elements of each modality into my style.
