I went to Aveda Institute for my esthetician license and Graduated from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics Institute for my advanced esthetician license. I love targeting acne prone skin while still maintaining a healthy barrier.
My favorite skincare routine is sitting and relaxing with a book in a face mask is my favorite past time. I believe all healing starts from within (mentally). If your mental state is not doing well, the body will follow. You have to believe you will heal, for the healing to begin.
