What do you like most about massage?

I really enjoy helping people, and massage therapy is a wonderful way to do that. I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to work directly with my clients to reduce their pain and stress. It's great to feel like you have a positive impact in someone's life, and that is a big part of why I love what I do.

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy

Why do you feel those modalities / specialties are effective?

I tend to integrate elements of each modality into my style, and I generally work at a slow pace. I have found this approach to be an effective way to provide therapeutic massage.

Anything special you'd like to share about yourself?

I thoroughly enjoy rainy days, cooking delicious meals, road trips, and hiking. I go to Colorado every year to summit a 14,000 foot peak.
