This week's question was “Why is it so important to drink water?" I posed this question to my team yesterday, and received many different responses.
Here is what my team had to say:
"Considering we are composed of over 2/3 water, it needs to be replenished along with the electrolytes we lose. Massage releases toxins that get trapped in over-used muscles, water helps the kidneys and liver do thier job and flush the toxins out." ~ Carolyn

"I think it's important to drink water throughout the day because if you wait until you feel thirsty, you are probably already dehydrated. We need so much more water now that the weather is hot to replace fluids from sweating." ~ Katerina
