"I felt somewhat better on leaving than arriving. Outstanding therapist. It does not require 10 minutes to get undressed. That is 5 to 10 minutes that is taken from the 60 minute massage. That needs to be corrected. Client should say, READY! Please Enter! Instead of waiting for the knock on the door, followed by, “are you ready”?"
