Shanne Elisa received her massage therapy training from the Cornerstone Holistic Institute in Wake Forest. She specializes in Swedish massage and loves to incorporate various modalities into the session depending upon the client’s need, such as deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release.

Shanne Elisa grew up near Stuttgart, Germany and lived in Washington state before moving to North Carolina. She has traveled to nearly 20 countries and looks forward to exploring several more.

Shanne Eliza came to massage having first experienced its healing power personally. She also worked as an office administrator in a chiropractic clinic where she saw the benefits of massage therapy for postural health and overall well-being firsthand. Her hope is to provide her clients with similar experiences aiding to reduce stress, muscular pain and emotional distress.
